At Lifetime Therapy Services, we provide various occupational therapy services tailored to meet the needs of children, individuals, and families. Our offerings include Paediatric Occupational Therapy, which focuses on supporting children in developing essential motor, sensory, and cognitive skills for everyday activities. We also offer Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) to evaluate an individual’s abilities and needs in their daily environment, as well as Assistive Technology prescription and minor home modifications to enhance independence and accessibility.
As a Better Access to Mental Health-endorsed provider, we support clients through:
- GP Referrals (Chonic Disease Management Plans and/or Mental Health Care Plan)
- NDIS (3rd Parth or Self-Managed)
- Private Health
Please note that we do not offer bulk billing.
While we offer a comprehensive range of services, we do not accept referrals for specific areas. These include:
- Complex and high-risk behaviours
- Clients exhibiting aggressive tendencies
- WorkCover claims
- Aged care
- DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs)
- Complex home modifications
- Driving assessments

Life Osteopathy is run by Nigel Jackson who is a third-generation osteopath from the Gold Coast.
*GP Chronic care management plans: Chronic care plans are accepted, although there will be a gap payment.
DVA: Referrals from GPs and other Health care providers are welcome
Private Health Insurance: Patients are eligible for private health insurance rebates. Staff cannot perform on-the-spot rebates but are happy to give patients a receipt so they can claim in person or online.
Worksafe QLD: We do accept referrals for WorkSafe/insurance claims. Before treatment begins, written approval and the claim number are required.
NDIS: Osteopathy, unfortunately, isn’t covered by managed NDIA plans, although if you self-manage your plan, you may be able to use osteopathy. Click here to contact us about NDIS.

At Lifetime Therapy Services, our late cancellation/no-show fee is 100%. Osteopathy requires 12hours notice and OT requires 48-24hr notice.
Patients with outstanding balances, including cancellation fees, must fully settle their accounts before booking further appointments.
While we do our best to send appointment reminders, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember their scheduled times. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but this policy will be enforced without exception to protect our practitioners’ time and livelihood. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We offer HICAPS and Tyro EFTPOS/credit card payment options with no Eftpos surcharge fee.
Private health fund rebates under “extras” cover can be conveniently processed on the day using the HICAPS system.
